IMS Kolkata is a constituent unit of Lake Gardens Saha Education Society, a Non-Profit Making Society registered under Societies Registration Act XXVI of 1961 No. S/IL/ 16378 of 2003 – 2004, established in 2003 to promote Education, Research and Training.
