In its 2025 Executive MBA rankings, the Financial Times has once again recalibrated the landscape of global executive education, featuring 100 business schools across multiple geographies.

Top Performers & Trends

  • Washington University–Fudan EMBA secures the #1 spot, thanks to its strong post-programme salaries and global footprint.
  • CEIBS (China/Switzerland/Ghana) places #2, reflecting the continued strength of China’s presence in executive education.
  • ESCP Business School ranks #3, emphasizing its pan-European delivery model across multiple cities.
  • Other notable entrants in the top 10 include Kellogg–HKUST, Skema, University of Porto, University of Amsterdam, and more.

Indian Representation
Among Indian participants, Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) appears on the list with a score of 96, placing it in a competitive zone among global EMBA programmes. The presence of Indian business schools in the rankings underscores their growing ambition and performance in the executive education segment.

Evaluation Criteria & Observations
The FT ranking considers parameters such as alumni salary, career progress, diversity, international exposure, and research output.
This year’s data shows a rising premium on programmes that offer strong geographic and institutional alliances, cross-border delivery, and post-EMBA earnings.

As the executive education landscape becomes more competitive, FT’s 2025 rankings highlight not just the usual Western powerhouses, but also the rise of Asian and hybrid programs. Prospective EMBA participants are encouraged to consult the full FT report to match program strengths with personal career goals.
