The Aspirants seeking admission to MBA or PGPM programs at ICFAI Business School campuses have received a fresh opportunity as the IBSAT 2025 registration deadline has been extended to 25 December 2025. Originally scheduled to close earlier in December, the application window now gives students additional time to complete the online form and secure their place for the management entrance test.

IBSAT — the ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test — is a national-level entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education for admissions into nine IBS campuses located in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Dehradun. Candidates can apply via ibsindia.org or general.ibsindia.org until the extended deadline.

The IBSAT 2025 exam is scheduled to be held in remote proctored mode on 27 and 28 December 2025, allowing candidates to take the test online from a secure location. To register, aspirants are required to fill out personal and academic details in the online application form and pay the application fee as prescribed. Upon successful registration and fee payment, candidates can proceed to select their IBSAT exam date and timing during the slot-booking phase. Once the slot is confirmed, the official admit card will be made available for download.

Eligibility and Admission Process:
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline — or those in their final year of graduation — are eligible to register for IBSAT. Additionally, applicants holding valid scores in national exams like CAT, NMAT, XAT, SNAP, or MAT may also apply to IBS and can be considered for admissions based on those scores.
The extended deadline has come as a welcome relief for those who may have missed earlier registration windows due to academic commitments or technical issues.
