IIM Lucknow Hosts 39th Convocation, Celebrating Academic Excellence

On March 31, 2025, IIM Lucknow celebrated its 39th convocation ceremony, awarding degrees to 811 students across multiple programs. The event featured Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty, Founder & Chairperson of Narayana Health, as the chief guest. Dr. Shetty urged graduates to embrace innovation, technology, and efficiency to drive transformation in traditional industries.

Mr. N. Chandrasekaran, Chairperson of the Board of Governors, IIM Lucknow, addressed the graduates, emphasizing the importance of adapting to advancements in artificial intelligence and digital technologies. He encouraged the students to lead with integrity, pushing boundaries in various sectors.

During the ceremony, exceptional students were honored with prestigious awards. Notably, Yogya Mittal received the Chairman’s Gold Medal for the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), while Kumar Ankur was awarded the Chairman’s Gold Medal for the Post Graduate Programme in Sustainable Management (PGP-SM).

Prof. Archana Shukla, Director of IIM Lucknow, expressed pride in the graduating class and highlighted the institution’s dedication to fostering socially responsible leaders. She reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to nurturing future leaders who will make meaningful contributions to society and business.
