Infosys, in collaboration with Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, has introduced a new course titled “Springboard StartSmart: Foundations for Entrepreneurs.” This free digital learning initiative aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and new entrepreneurs by providing essential skills for their growth.The course is designed to bridge the digital divide and assist young entrepreneurs with tailored learning experiences. It addresses the need for practical entrepreneurial skills, helping participants navigate the early stages of starting a business.Since its launch in 2021, over 50,000 learners have engaged with the Infosys Springboard platform, benefiting from more than 10,000 available courses. The partnership aims to provide a comprehensive toolkit for emerging business leaders, helping them embrace digital transformation and implement core business principles, including leveraging AI tools for future business success.Thirumala Arohi, head of education at Infosys, emphasized that this initiative is crucial for fostering a more equitable society by enabling entrepreneurs to thrive in a rapidly evolving business environment. |
