KEA Announces Karnataka PGCET Round 3 Counselling Schedule: Seat Allotment on November 8

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the complete schedule for the Karnataka PGCET 2025 Round 3 Counselling. As per the official notice, the seat matrix will be available on November 4 after 11 AM, followed by the option entry process which will continue until November 6, 2025.

The provisional seat allotment results for the third round will be declared on November 7, while the final seat allotment list will be published on November 8. Candidates allotted seats must report to their respective colleges by November 13 to confirm their admission.

Only those candidates who were not allotted seats in the first or second rounds are eligible to participate in this final round. Participants are required to pay a caution deposit of ₹25,000 between November 4 and 6 (till 6 PM). The amount will be adjusted against the course fee for selected candidates but forfeited if they fail to report or complete the fee payment process.

Additionally, candidates who have already been allotted seats in earlier rounds and wish to cancel their admission can do so in person at the KEA office by November 6. They will receive a refund after a deduction of ₹10,000 from the previously paid fee.
